Scarlett Johansson :)
I used this Picture [link] as a base for the lineart.
As you can see on the picture her hair is cut on the back, so I didn't know if she has long or short hair ;) but I hope it's kind of like I made it.

edit: I added the umbrella to fill the empty space of the picture :)

This is beautiful. This definitely has to be my favorite of yours. It's perfect, and I'm pretty sure she had short hair. :]

I'll start off by saying that this pic is just dying for some shading. I see the drop shadow, but this just looks too unfinished. I must be living under a rock, because I just couldn't tell who that was without seeing your comments. The umbrella is missing one of it's supports, and the pic is seriously lacking detail. I did warn that I'd be brutally honest. Bu don't let any of that get you down. Keep practicing, you can only get better :)

I like the interesting, strict, minimal style you use here and I imagine that the umbrella was a very good addition to even out the balance. It looks good.

My one hesitation, however, is the lines that wrap around her. From a small-view, they look like thick paintstrokes put on top of the image rather than something that's part of the picture.

It might be the stubby ends that create this impression - I feel that the ends should be sharp instead of rounded, and more elegant. It could also be that everything else is outlined, but these just are, thick and unbordered.

So yes, if I had to point a finger at something, it would be the scarf-like lines around her neck. Otherwise, very nice; lovely image. =]

Great job on the face, I do feel that there is a bit too much empty space, and I don't care for the colors, i would have tried to do something more colorful and fresh looking.

The recreation is unmistakable of who this is (unless you live under a rock) I like the use of the string pieces but I feel like there is alot of unused spaces here. I really wish there were something more.
